Prime Performance Lab™ is a performance coaching program, not a medical service. Participation in Prime Performance Lab™ does not establish a physician-patient relationship with The Prime Project™ LLC or its coaching staff.
The Prime Capacity Index™ (PCI) is a performance engineering framework designed to measure and improve functional capacity in healthy adults. It is not a diagnostic tool, a medical device, or a disease risk predictor. PCI scores and pillar assessments are not medical diagnoses and should not be interpreted as such.
Medical testing within the Prime Performance Lab™ program — including blood panels, DEXA scanning, VO2 max testing, and resting metabolic rate assessment — is administered and interpreted exclusively by Highland Longevity, a licensed medical practice. These services are delivered under Highland Longevity's scope of practice and applicable medical standards.
Medical records and clinical data remain within Highland Longevity's systems. The Prime Project™ LLC receives only de-identified summary metrics that have been approved for PCI scoring purposes. At no point does The Prime Project™ LLC interpret, diagnose from, or make clinical decisions based on medical data.
Any medical concerns identified during the program are referred back to the participant's physician or to Highland Longevity. Prime Performance Lab™ coaching staff will not provide medical advice under any circumstances.
Physical exercise involves inherent risk of injury. Prior to program commencement, all participants complete a medical intake process through Highland Longevity to identify contraindications. Participants are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history, current conditions, medications, and prior injuries.
The Prime Project™ LLC and its coaching staff are not liable for injuries sustained during program participation that arise from undisclosed medical conditions, participant non-compliance with coaching instruction, or the inherent risks of physical training.
Individual results will vary. PCI score improvements depend on a wide range of factors including baseline capacity, age, adherence, sleep, nutrition, and stress. No specific outcome, score improvement, or performance result is guaranteed.
Testimonials and case examples, where used, reflect individual experiences and are not representative of typical results.
