Prime Performance Lab™ is operated by The Prime Project™ LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information you provide when visiting our website or enrolling in our programs.

Information you provide directly: When you submit a qualification call request or enrollment inquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, age, and any other details you voluntarily share in the form fields.

Program data: Enrolled participants provide performance and behavioral data as part of the Prime Capacity Index™ (PCI) methodology. This includes session metrics, weekly check-in responses, and self-reported behavioral information.

Medical data: Medical testing and diagnostics are administered exclusively by our physician partner, Highland Longevity. Medical records remain within Highland Longevity's systems. The Prime Project™ LLC receives only de-identified summary metrics approved for PCI scoring purposes.

Automatically collected information: Our website may collect standard technical data such as browser type, device type, and pages visited through standard web analytics tools.

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiry and schedule qualification conversations, administer the Prime Performance Lab™ program for enrolled participants, calculate and track PCI scores across the program duration, communicate program updates, schedules, and independent day protocols, and improve our methodology and delivery model using de-identified aggregate data.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We share information only as necessary to deliver the program. This includes our physician partner (Highland Longevity) for medical intake and testing coordination, and service providers who support our operations (such as scheduling and communication platforms), who are bound by confidentiality obligations.

De-identified, aggregated cohort data may be used for internal research, program development, and potential academic publication. No individually identifiable information will be published without explicit written consent.

We retain your program data for the duration of your participation and for a reasonable period following program completion to support post-cohort pathways and longitudinal tracking. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
